In June 2007, Sony Ericsson launched a mobile telephone in the colours of the World Poker Tour brand, along with a Texas Hold’em game developed by Hands-on Mobile.
The model in question is a World Poker Tour “K750i WPT” mobile phone sold for €199 without a subscription by “The Phone House” sales network and certain online sales websites.
The integrated software in these mobiles, which are available in France, allows users to play no-money games against other online players.
On the World Poker Tour’s dedicated website (http://www.wptmobile.net), it is possible to read the advice of professional players, obtain downloads and save a record of the results published on this site.
