From next year, according to the British newspaper “The Sunday Mirror”, airline passengers will be able to log onto the 888 website and play games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker and Bingo.
Virgin Airlines, British Airways, Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific have already signed a contract to allow their passengers to use their screens and use the internet to access Casino-on-Net 888.
The service offered by airline companies follows the introduction of online Texas Hold’Em on flights run by the American company Delta Airlines. However, the use of the gaming system on flights to the USA is prohibited in compliance with the anti-online gambling laws in force in the USA.
