Partygaming buys up Cashcade

Partygaming one of the principal online game operators bought up Cashcade for nearly 83 million Euros. 30 millions could be add on the sale in the case of profits in the following months.

Cashcade owns especially Foxybingo.com, one of the most popular bingo sites on net. PartyGaming acquires at the same time Think Bingo (Scottish bingo site), Cheeky, Little Big Bingo and getminted.com, an online casino.

Independent News and Media (IN&M), the owner of Cashcade, had debts around 200 million Euros before the buying up by PartyGaming.

The figures of recent results of Partygaming show that the possibilities of expansion are better on the part of online games such as bingo as on the part of poker, for example. The market for this kind of games is booming and the big groups are not already positioned to conquer.

Betfair
hits the mark and beats 888.com on its own territory. Actually 888 planed also to buy up Cashcade.

PartyGaming doesn’t want to stay there and the negotiations are running to buy up Everest Poker, the independent poker site.
