Gambling operators join forces in the EGBA

The European Betting Association (EBA) of gambling and internet sports betting operators has become a professional federation with the launch of the European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA).

The aim of the EGBA is to promote the rights of members throughout Europe. The EGBA is the fruit of an initiative led by the biggest online betting companies such as Unibet, Bwin, Betway, Interpari and Expekt. The aim of this association is to set up a competitive and regulated online betting market and to establish a dialogue with the authorities in different European States.

The EGBA, a powerful voice in the gaming and online sports betting industry, has created a very strict code of conduct and is establishing itself as one of the main points of contact for public authorities throughout Europe. It is campaigning for the online gaming market to be opened up to competition throughout the European Union.
